Responsibilities:
The incumbent reports directly to the CEO. He will be responsible for company's marketing strategy and activities to support company achieve business goals in U.S. and Europe markets. Key Responsibilities including
Develop comprehensive marketing plans and provides analysis of marketing trends.
Manage the development and implementation of marketing programs to achieve business goals
Support the sales function in achieving their objectives by providing the appropriate level of lead generation, customer and partner support, brand awareness and market intelligence.
Analyze the market and customer requirements to identify the most compelling opportunities and strategies in key areas.
Identify the key partners required for success and scalable programs.
Create, manage and oversee company wide marketing initiatives measured by increased sales results
Manage marketing events and press release to public media
Manage and update company website
Manage all PR relationships
Create tools to measure marketing results (sales leads, market penetration, advertising)
Manage and maintain consistent sales/marketing presentations / materials/ processes for sales team, account management, support team.
Maintain consistent advertising through the major publications, online channels and direct mail etc
Manage and grow marketing team and future direct reports

Basic Requirement:
Bachelor degree or above in marketing area and MBA is preferred
5+ years proven successful marketing record in multinational companies
Strong strategic skills and creative sensibilities will be a must
Outstanding intellect, drive and interpersonal skills are paramount
High sense of urgency and entrepreneurial work ethic required to drive business outcomes
Excellent presentation skills
Independent and responsible, teamwork spirits and willing to work under high pressure
Native English speaker, U.S. native is preferred
